The stained glass is cut out of the same sheet of glass so the shade will have a consistent look. The patterned glass is textured glass and includes decorative cabochons. The shade uses lead free soldering. We have the strictest inspections to prove the quality and safety of the total lamp. All lamps are UL Approved. Each lamp is packed in its own UPSable carton. Lilhan Tiffany Lamp Construction First, the different colors of stained glass are cut according to the lamps demands, then the edge of each glass will be covered by Copper Foil. Then all the small glasses are put on the cover of the shade model of the lamp. The connection of each glass is soldering tin by electric soldering iron (inner and surface). After this, the lamps shade will be washed and turned to the black tread by chemical technology. Also, about the base, we normally have the two treatments, one is by Electroplate, the other is by roasting paint. Finally, the shade and base will be packed into one individual carton.
